Sencha green loose-leaf tea comes from a smallholder in Hunan province and is harvested during the July–August season. Sencha, a Japanese-style green tea of exceptional quality, is steamed, dried, and gently rolled to create its signature glossy appearance. The resulting cup may look light, but it delivers a full-bodied flavour and satisfying depth.
