Our bags are made from LDPE4, which means they can be recycled along with carrier bags at most large supermarkets (or check with your local council). If you’re local to Bristol, you can also drop them off at our Roastery and we’ll handle the recycling for you.

Yes! Your tracking code should be sent to you directly when you make an order. However if you have not received this, simply send hubbsoul@gmail.com an email with your order number, full name and postcode, and they will be able to reply with your tracking code. 

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £25. Orders under £25 have a £3.50 delivery charge. For subscriptions, shipping is free on orders over £15, with a £3.50 charge for orders under £15.Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.

All orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day via First Class post or next-day courier delivery.

For the best flavour, enjoy your coffee as soon as possible! Once opened, we recommend consuming within 10 days. If unopened and sealed, it will stay fresh for up to 3 months.

Store at room temperature in a dry spot. Use our zip-lock to keep the bags airtight they love it that way!
