The Farm:
La Laguna is a collaborative collection of twelve families, known as the ‘Manantial Association,’ each caring for their own smallholder farm. From picking and pulping to drying, the families bring together their harvests to create the Laguna blend we know and love.
Grown almost entirely under shade, Laguna stands out from surrounding farms, with farmers encouraged to produce natural fertilisers on-site. The coffee includes typical Colombian varietals, along with the exceptional F6 developed by selectively breeding the best Castillo cherries at their peak for six generations.
Each batch is washed, fermented (usually around 18 hours, depending on temperature), and dried over 15–25 days.
